My Weight Loss Journey

In April of 2016, I decided that I had had enough of the weight gain. Over a previous couple of years, I saw my weight jump dramatically due to several reasons (divorce, depression, etc.). It was at that time that I decided, with some prompting from a good friend, that I needed to start Weight Watchers. Now that I can already feel the results, I wanted to share some of what I am feeling, and my overall weight loss. Below, I am proud to show, is a graph of my weight loss journey (updated to show only the last 6 months at a time). There are ups, and there are downs, but overall I can see the results, and most importantly, I can feel the results.

Aug 16, 2017. EDIT: Due to a stumble I had during my vacation this year, I needed to see my journey a little more clearly, so I increased the chart to show the last rolling 12 months. Looking at the long view, I can see that I am still on track, but looking at only the last 6 months, it was a little daunting and I was concerned.
